Subject:      Shootouts for HE
 
 
Now that HE is planning on having shootouts in tie games next year, I was
wondering, how are non-league games going to be handled?  Will the NCAA
standard of no shoot out be used, will it be at the discetion of the two
teams involved, or maybe just use the rules of the home team?
 
Any thoughts?

To me, these sort of messages only support the idea that if any rules
changes are to be made, make them for everyone, not just one league.
