American Hockey Magazine shows the USA - RUSSIA game on Dec 4 @ 1:00PM eastern
time as being on CBS.  The game is being played at Lake Placid.  It doesn't
have any other games listed for TV in that publication.
 
Other games may be televised on a local basis.  For example, I watched the
USA - MAINE game on channel 6 out of Portland Sundat night.
