Why not have three refs instead of two refs plus a linesman? That way, someone
will see virtually everything that goes on, and in the event of a dispute, two
out of three win.
                        OR:
 
Why not have refs and linesmen rotate. You know, Emanatian and Shea reffing
while Belanger is the linesman, for example.
