I noticed that Victory Sports One has the rights to the first two rounds
of the NCAA tournament. Which means most people in Minnesota won't get
to see it because VS1 has coverage in about 4 homes.

I had satellite last year and was able to watch all of the tournament
over it. I have cable this year. Did Fox Sports Diginets carry the
games last year?
