the other question, is what happens, in the ECAC first round (formally
>Q'finals) if all three games end in a tie

The third game MUST be played to a conclusion.  I'm not sure what the OT
structure is, though. (20 minute, 5 min then 20's, get out curling rocks
and sweep them into the faceoff circle?)
