I asked the same question last year, but, of course, I did not keep the
answers that I received.  There is some date such that if a student
athlete is born before this date (and I think has played in some type of
league), he is not eligible to play four years of intercollegiate sports.
Does anyone know what this date is for this year's Freshman class?  I
think that it is some date in 1975.
 
More generally, what is the rule governing eligibility in relation to
age, junior experience, etc.
