fourth-best hockey conference in the nation?

I met Hagwell during the playoffs this year at Thompson Arena, where he
attended both games of one of the playoff doubleheaders (women in afternoon,
men at night). Seems like a good guy, I know the SID's seemed to like him.
Never met Buttafucco, but from what I gather Hagwell is better for the hockey
people. I feel like they wanted him to have more power when they first made him
the assistant commissioner assigned to hockey, and this way they hope he
actually gets it.
