It's Oscar time, the catagory: the ECAC's worst ref.  And the winner is  a tie
between BELANGAR and GALLAGHER, with CERBO a close second.  Even with the head
of ECAC officials at the Meahan tonight there still was not a good officiated
game by any means.  DELL is one heck of a skater but could also use some work
on his officiating.
