That would be the University of Regina...a Canadian university team.

I kind of doubt it:

* The boxes (on the WCHA page) indicate that both North Dakota and St
Cloud dominated their games against Regina. UND outshot them 55-26,
SCSU outshot them 48-28.

* Regina played different goalies in the two games...they may have
used their #1 against UND, as a guy named Mellinger stopped 52 of 55
shots - he must not be too bad, but he was apparently the story. The
next night against SCSU, two other guys stopped only 37 of 48 shots
between them.

* Unlike SCSU, UND called the game an exhibition. Who knows how that
could have affected the way UND played. Also, coaches approach
exhibitions differently...Dean Blais could have used the game to get a
better look at some players who were lower on the depth chart. In
fact, I would bet this was the case since he played a different goalie
each period. Kvalevog only played the second...the only period Regina
didn't score.

I did notice that St Cloud went 8 for 12 on the PP while UND was only
1 for 8. But again, a big difference in goaltending for Regina could
have been the reason.

Actually, Regina beat UND 4-3 before getting beat by SCSU 11-2 the
next night. So you also have to toss in the fact that SCSU was rested
and Regina may have been a bit tired (from playing and from travelling).
