I have something I would like to know. A while back there was an article
here in Minneapolis concerning the Gophers, about how Glen Sonmor and Lou
Nanne went and visited JP Parisee's (sp?) kid who decided to go to North
Dakota. It looked liked it could possibly be an NCAA violation, but reading
the rule, I think there is a chance it can be looked at as just old friends
just visiting each other. Does anyone out there have any updates as to what
is going on with this situation?
As for me, I would like to send both of them to Siberia! How could they do
something like this right after the basketball ruling last year, and the
Gophers having their best chance in years of going far in post season play!
I know they have been friends with JP for 30 years, and now a days it seems
you can't even get a cup of coffee for someone who is connected to either
sports or politics, but they should have known better. Especially Sonmor
who was a coach in the NCAA.
Okay, I feel better now.
