The U of P already owns a great facility on campus (Class of '23 Rink), but I
would be real hesitant to describe their club hockey programs as "really a
varsity" at this time.
There have been rumors/talk along the lines of "wouldn't it be nice" for many
years. In these days of tight athletic budgets and balanced gender ratios in
varsity sports, it's a stretch for the U of P to consider an upgrade at this
time.
