Yes, it's hard to understand why the whole world doesn't love hockey, but when
I see what a media circus the NC$$ BB tournaments (both mens and womens) has
become, I'm glad that we haven't grown accordingly. I like to be able to count
on Final Phour tickets each year (is it true that there may be a lottery for
the Bradley Center next year - worst fears confirmed?), have rooms at a
reasonable rate with friends I can count on seeing once each year, and be with
people who truly know and love the sport.
 
I used to want hockey to rival other NC$$ sports in media coverage and fan
support; no longer. I'm comfortable right where we're at.
