Dear Friends, Mentors and Colleagues,

I am retiring at the end of October and I want to thank you all for having shared 20 years of my working life with Maine libraries and librarians. Those of you who have not worked elsewhere should know how unique we are here. The statewide support and collaboration in all directions is unusual. It has been a wonderful experience and I have loved my work as a children's librarian and then a director. It was a privilege to work at the Springvale Public Library and then my hometown library. I am lucky to be here....and lucky to be retiring to tend my garden and read more books and enjoy our charming two-year-old grandson.

Here is the information about this job that I am leaving. The full job description can be found at www.southberwicklibrary.org
