Oh my, I don't know about that Rob. There is a reason Allison is an
All-American, and also a reason why he won 32 games last year.
What justification do you have to say Marsh is a better goalie? Did his
three starts this year against three less than equal opponents enough to
make such a blanket statement as, "Marsh is a better goalie than Allison."??
I doubt it.
I'm not saying Marsh isn't a good goalie, he is. He might have played much
more for another school, and I enjoy the fact that he is getting to play
more. However, I don't think there is any reasonable argument to say that
with all Allison has done here at Maine, that his backup, is a better goalie
than he is. What some people don't know is Shawn Walsh used to be a goalie,
and if Marsh was in fact better, I'd think Walsh would be able to see it.
