Noeth improved dramatically after the ECAC disposed of the two-ref system.
In my opinion, he is the best referee in the league ... though, in general,
I try not to worry too much about the officials and wish everyone would stop
nit-picking every call to try to decide if someone is good or not. It's
often in the eye of the beholder.
