Saturday night, Boston University played Providence College to a 3-2
win. Tom Noble had started in net for BU, but went out in the 3rd
period with an injury to his leg. If anyone has heard what this could
be, could you please let me know? Michelle Laroque came in (who was in
net the night before for BU's 5-1 win) to finish the game. He gave up
the first Providence shot on net to bring them within 1, but then he
never looked back. He stonewalled the rest of their shots.

BU clamped down on defense and prevented the eventual tie. BU's goal by
Nick Gillis was a deflection from a blue line shot by Chris Kelleher.
Nick has had the game winner that night, the Beanpot, and one other
game. Not too bad for a freshman who is on the first line with Tommi
Degerman and Chris Drury.

And thank you for the update on the UMass-UNH game. BU is in 1st place
in Hockey East now. GO TERRIERS!!!!!
