With four assists this weekend, Minnesota's Mike Crowley has broken two
significant barriers:

1) He has set a new record for assists by a defenseman at Minnesota in a
single season, with 45. The old record was 43, held by Todd Richards in
the 1986-87 campaign.

2) He now has 100 points (28-72--100) for his career.

Earlier in the season, Crowley set the single season defenseman point
total record, which is now at 62. The old record was 54, held by Bill
Baker, set in 1978-79. He has two goals to go to tie the record for
single season goals by a Gopher defenseman (at 17, record is 19).

My question, for all the stats buffs out there:

Who was the last defenseman to score 100 points in his sophomore season?
