I know last year (and I believe the year before) that EMPIRE picked
up the games. The local TVs (Potsdam & Albany, at least) carried
the games. Channel 6 in Albany only carried the Championship game
on tape delay because RPI made it there.
 
I'm not sure, though, if this has been the norm.
