That's because of the built-up woof factor going against the Cowboys!
 
After all, they are the most woofed and hyped in the USA!   ;-)
 
Case in point, the woof Gods inflicting the 1989 season upon the Cowboys
after so many years of supremacy and serious woofing!
 
BY this logic, the Cowbaoys may be due for another 1989 style season
in several years if the Woof Goods choose so!
