Settlement agreement, (October 26,2007)
Schedule A has a detailed list of the items that will be retained in three
categories.
Cat 1:  Items of Historical Significance that will be retained: Sitting Bull
Memorial statue, championship banners, Native American sculpture, Betty
Engelstadt Sioux Center entrance plaque.
Cat 2:  Cost Prohibitive Changes: Only one in this category is the in floor
granite logos
Cat 3:  Transition in the Ordinary Course of Wear and Replacement: Brass
etched logos and lighted exterior logos by 12/31/2011, other items no later
than dates 12/31/2012 through 12/31/2015. etc
