it's "You Are The Committee", my NCAA Tournament Selection CGI script.
Using HTML forms, the script takes you through the selection and
seeding process (as I understand it), displaying the pairwise
comparisons (calculated from the current game results from USCHO) used
by the committee to rank teams, and giving you the opportunity to make
the same judgement calls about who's on the bubble, which teams go in
which regions, and how the teams are seeded that the committee will
make, ending up with a full set of brackets.  This should make it easy
for anyone to play the "If The Season Ended Today" game.
