Fresh off the transaction list:
 
Chicago Blackhawks -- Acquired goaltender Kirk Daubenspeck from the Ottawa
Senators for a 1998 sixth-round draft pick and future considerations; assigned
Daubenspeck, defenseman Ryan Risidore and forwards Ryan Huska and Steve McLaren
to Indianapolis of the International Hockey League.
 
 
Also - former Merrimack-er Martin Legault was signed by Dayton of the ECHL.
