Hello everyone! The regular season is over!!! The Sioux and the Gophers
will have to share the McNaughton Cup as the Sioux were swept by a hot
Denver team, and the Gophers rolled over the struggling Badgers.
Congrats to both programs!!! The Sioux win the tiebreaker, however, and
will receive the #1 seed in the WCHA playoffs and the NCAA Automatic Bid,
which marks the first time that North Dakota has appeared in the National
Tournament since 1990. Teams that locked up home playoff spots are
Denver, CC, and St. Cloud. Congrats to all teams who will be at home for
the playoffs! Now, let's move on to the season-ending "Unvarnished
Truth" WCHA Poll. Note: It's 9 voters again (Sorry!!!).
