Jamie – Van Delivery Update. Increased costs due to the Portland Ordinance on hazard pay that impacts Freedom Xpress. Increased costs of $587.00 per week can be absorbed by MSL using LSTA CARES Act funds until the end of March. We will see if more federal or state funds become available before charging libraries.
