All this numbers stuff re: the MAAC is ridiculous.  You are wasting your
time.  The only fact that counts is that no MAAC team has beated a D1 that
is under consideration for the tournament.
 
The whining about schedules is irrelevant.  The MAAC is a brand new D!
conference.  In time, over a few years, they will hopefully play and defeat
teams from the other conferences and establish their credibility.  Until
that happens, they just don't belong.
 
To deny the the 12th ( or 13th) ranked team in the country a bid to throw a
bone to Quinnipiac is an injustice to that team which has proved it is
worthy throughout the year by playing and defeating superior competition.
