Interesting question. I was going to say that UNO seems to be
getting penalty shots quite frequently. North Dakota hasn't taken a
penalty shot since 1979 (it was missed) and only oe opponent penalty shot
has been taken since then. I don't know if the Sioux have scored on a
penalty shot in my lifetime (I'm 24). So I guess for UND, penalty shots
are about 1 a generation, which would indeed make them exciting.
