I believe this hasn't been posted yet so...
 
Steve Shields was named CCHA Defensive Player Of the Week. He recorded 43
saves and allowed just 2 ES and 2 PP goals in Michigan's two game sweep
over Kent State.
 
I obtained this info from the Detroit Free Press. There was no mention
of the Offensive POW. Maybe no one was selected because MSU had a scoring
slump over the weekend, and they couldn't come up with anyone else... ;-)
