It was 1990-91. Clarkson won the ECAC regular season title and
tournament crown. They were 25-7-1, I believe, going into the NC$$'s
and were seeded fourth. It didn't matter as they defeated defending
national champion Wisconsin and number one in the nation LSSU in
SS Marie.

---Dick Vitale, apparently oblivious to the fact that is statistically
impossible to go 24-3 without at least 1 winning streak of at least 8 games
and to the fact that the Wildcats won 19 in a row earlier this season.
