This may be provocative :-)  I wouldn't hire Shawn Walsh if I wanted to
win the NCAA tournament--that is, I wouldn't hire him if I wanted to keep
the trophy.  This man belongs in the pros where the rules are not so
stringent.  It is about time *he* figured that out.
