I'll try this again. I have added Brown by request. However, as I
understand it, since they aren't within 0.01 (or 1 as I have shown below,
mulitplying by 100) of Northeastern, they wouldn't be considered close enough
to the 12th spot. Of course all rankings will continue to change.
But with these changes, I think some of the other teams they are near
will have their ratings improve more than Brown.
Also, as has been pointed out, the "Last 20" is only one of a number of
"tie-breakers" used for closely ranked teams. But I thought it might be
interesting to see who's hot and who's not. As someone pointed out this
morning, look out for Lake State.
Finally, the column under "Games++" shows results of games 18,19,20 as
relative to game 1, which was the most recent game played. That is, after
the teams next game, Game 20 will no longer be a part of their "Last 20".
Also, if it is important, several teams played Air Force and there was at
least one game against Army, all of which I counted in the Last 20 as being
Div I opponents. I believe this is correct.
(finally thanks to Erik Biever for posting his RPICH ratings)
(I hope this takes care of acknowledging his copyright. :-)

* Still Playing

++Three is the most games remaining for any team. For those teams
still playing you can update by subtracting the 20th, 19th and 18th
  games as necessary.

For Hockey East games I counted and shoot-outs as ties.
