A pair of ex-collegians helped the Adirondack Red Wings to their
first win of the season last night.
Miami grad Chris Bergeron was credited with a goal and two
assists in his professional debut. Bergeron signed as a free agent
with the Wings last month.
Also, Clarkson grad Mike Casselman also netted a goal and a pair
of assists in the win.
In other AHL action, BC grad David Emma got a goal in the
Albany riverrats season opening win.
SLU grad Mike Hurlbut got a powerplay goal and an assist for
the Cornwall Aces, who rolled to an 11-0 victory over Hershey and
BC (?) grad Norm Foster.
