ECAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Princeton: Kim Haman, JR, F. (Fairbanks, AK)
Had hat tricks at the Concordia Tournament against Queens and St.
Lawrence. In three games recorded eight points (6 goals, 2 assists)
to bring her season point total to 34 - tops for the Huskies.
ECAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:
Princeton: Karen Chernisky, FR, F. (Maple Heights, OH)
For the second week in a row, Chernisky is Rookie of the Week.
She scored 7 goals in a 13-1 win over Yale. She also had 1 goal
against Harvard in a 1-2 Tiger victory.
ECAC NEWS:
St. Lawrence first-year player Corie Champagne scored 4 goals in
the Concordia event. Gretchen Ulion nailed 8 goals to help Dart-
mouth beat Yale 14-1. PC's Wendy Cofran scored both goals against
St. Lawrence in a 2-1 win. Kathy Issel of Princeton and Katie King
of Brown both had hat tricks last week. Issel's came against Yale,
and King's against Cornell.

INDEPENDENT NEWS:
Nan "Hat Trick" Gorton did it again, scoring all 3 goals against Colby
in a 3-2 win for the Bowdoin Polar Bears. It was Gorton's 6th trick of
the season. Allez allez! Jen Hefner of the Middlebury Panthers got
2 goals in their fine 3-2 win over Bowdoin. Congratulatons to BC for
winning the Bowdoin Invitational 4-3 over Middlebury.
