Does any one know if there's a policy within Hockey East that bans visiting
bands???? I have been attending Hockey East games for three years now and
have never seen a visiting band at a game. At the BEANPOT both teams have
their pep bands in attendance. Is that because the BEANPOT is played at the
Boston Garden which is more or less a neutral site or because Hockey East
doesn't have a say in that regard??

I do know that all of the pep bands in Hockey East do not play once the puck
gets dropped after a stoppage in play. To the point where the band director
is watching the ice surface in order to stop the band should the cheer not
be completed before play resumes.
