Oh, come on! You know that's got to be a load of crap. No one in his right
mind would cut a valuable player. Ron Anderson doesn't have a mean bone in
his body anyway (I'm not saying this is good, BTW :-)
Have your co-workers come up with a list. They may be right. Of the top
of my head I can think of Ziggy Marszalek, maybe. He was certainly more
valuable than guys like Feeley, Hirsch, Duggan, Sapienza, and Sweeney. I
don't know if Ron booted him or he quit, though.
As an interesting aside, consider that bottom 5 on the roster. Compare
that with this year's bottom 5 (IMHO): Feeley, White, Porter, Krauss (C),
Rodrigues. I'd say that's a lot better than last year.
Ironically, I spoke with Claudio before the season and mentioned that
guys like Feeley must be nervous given the quality of the recruiting
class.

Like many others, I think he thought he was better than he was. Don't
forget--he has the added preasure of having a brother in the NHL.
