Former BGSU Falcon defenseman Greg DeVries was recalled to the Edmonton
Oilers from Cape Breton(?).  Devries played one season(I think) before
leaving the club to pursue other opportunities in hockey.  I believe he
cited personal reasons which(as with other players that left BG within
the last several seasons) was a result of problems with the coaching staff.
