This will be the final installment of the Hockey East vs ECAC Update.
There could be additional games between teams from the conferences in
the NC$$ tournament, but that's a ways off.
By virtue of Harvard's two losses in the Beanpot, HE schools rebounded
from an early sizeable deficit to post a 23-21-1 regular season record
against their ECAC counterparts. But whatever way you look at it, the
ECAC posted an outstanding nonconference record this year against HE
and other conferences as well, and it will be interesting to see if
they can keep it up next year too.
