equipment being replaced this morning.  Troubleshooting is ongoing, but

There is an equipment failure currently affecting service at the Knox
County Cooperative Extension.  Replacement equipment is being prepared and
will be installed as quickly as possible.  An update will be sent when
service is restored, which is currently expected to be tomorrow morning due
to limited building access.
