Yes. The whole bracket's makeup is determined at once. There is no reseeding
after the regionals. If the top seeds all win, then you would get 1-4, 2-3.
But, of course, it never actually works out that way.

And, as Mark said, if UNH drops into the #4 line, that would probably send
BU to Bridgeport, to avoid the all-Hockey East first round.
