1. BU to Manchester is the most likely scenario, although BU in Bridgeport
is possible. It's a difference of 50 miles vs. 150 miles, so they could
decide to send Boston U to Connecticut if bracket considerations dictate it.
Right now it doesn't look like that would happen, but BU would definitely go
to Bridgeport if UNH worked its way into a #1 seed (an unlikely
possibility).

In the West, the CCHA tournament looks like it will determine who would be
the #1 seed in Grand Rapids. Whichever of ND or Michigan comes out ahead
likely gets Van Andel.

2. The semifinals are determined at the same time as the bracket. It's set
up so that if the top seeds win, #1 would play #4, and #2 would play #3.
There's no pre-set rotation.
