Help. As the season winds down, I'm trying to remember the implications
of who'll be assigned where in the NCAA tournament and can't remember
the rules. Can someone help with these?

(1) Looking at today's PWR (below) as if it were final, would first
seeds be apt to be assigned to regionals as follows:  BU, Manchester;
Notre Dame, Grand Rapids; Michigan, Bridgeport; Denver, Minneapolis?

(2) Are pairings for the semifinal games in Washington predetermined
according to regional champions? If so, what are they?

_PWR on 2/22/09:_
1 Boston University
2t Notre Dame RPI = .5828
2t Michigan RPI = .5706
4t Denver RPI = .5595
4t Vermont RPI = .5582

_2009 Regionals:_
Northeast Regional: Verizon Wireless Arena, Manchester, New Hampshire
(March 28-29)
East Regional: Bridgeport Arena at Harbor Yard, Bridgeport, Connecticut
(March 27-28)
West Regional: Mariucci Arena, Minneapolis, Minnesota (March 28-29)
Midwest Regional: Van Andel Arena, Grand Rapids, Michigan (March 27-28)

Thanks for your help.
