I am not in favor of replays.  It just slows the game down too much.  If
they do use it, they should set a time limit on how long it can take to
make a decision.  I attend the Lewiston Maineiacs games and many times the
replay decisions took way too much time.  I think one decision took more
than 10 minutes to make.  The indecision on the part of the refs was
unbelievable.  It only highlighted their incompetency which seemed to be a
league problem this year.  

The other proposed changes make sense.  I would like to see them use the
NHL system for overtimes.
