Chris Imes has begun his head coaching career at the expansion
Pittsburgh Forge, a Junior A team in the North American Hockey League.
The former UMaine captain, national champion and Olympian is also a new
daddy. The Forge website is

On a related note, former Colby men's coach Scott Borek is now the head
coach at New England College. NEC is the defending ECAC East champion,
losing to Wisconsin-River Falls in the Nationals. Borek was released by
Lake State with a year left on a 3-year contract.
