I apologize if this has been posted a quintillion times already, but my
messages seem to be taking a long time to get here today (1-2 hrs). I
listened to the game at work, and, as I recall, the final shot totals
were 55-18 for the EUNuchs. The shots in the second period alone were
20-3. I think that pretty much tells the story. The US was lucky to
be in it as long as the third period. They just couldn't keep LeBlanc'ing
'em forever. Obviously I couldn't tell on radio if the penalties were
justified, but it was apparent that they couldn't continue giving EUN
power play chances, especially 5-on-3, as they did in the third period,
and expect to stay in the game.
