        It's not too uncommon an occurrence, although refs don't like
putting a team down two men for two full minutes. I didn't see last
night's game, but refs should make double calls if there really are two
fouls in order to keep some semblance of order or safety.  If refs didn't
do that, it would encourage players on the team getting the first penalty
to slash, rough, etc. the other squad even more.  It happens in the pros,
too--two Rangers got caught at the same time in Sunday's game against
Tampa Bay.
