IIRC, I remember seeing the term in a program for the Cornwall Aces (an
unlamented defunct AHL team), but haven't seen it elsewhere or since. My
understanding is that it's four goals in a game. Or it could just be
three goals while <insert some lame-o stereotype about Texans here>. :-)
I always tended to prefer the "Gordie Howe Hat Trick" which is either a
goal, an assist and a fight or a goal, an assist and a penalty, depending
on who you talk to.
ObCollegeHockey: Is Denver worth a 2-hour road trip? They're at UND on
the 21st & 22nd, and I'm starting to itch for a road trip.
