I'm 99 44/100ths % sure that this is incorrect. I remember various holiday
tournaments that have included Canadian teams (Western Ontario, Toronto,
Concordia, etc.) and those games have counted in the teams' overall record,
though not their NCAA Div. I record. The latter is the record (among other
things) used to generate post-season tournament seedings.
