Summary: 
	Will be performing maintenance on a server where VMs for IP telephony applications. Phone's will still be able to place and receive calls.  UMA helpdesk (which closes at 8PM) and attendant will be unavailable during the maintenance. Downtown is not expected to last more than an hour.
