Scope: NameP (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Radius, RBL)

Summary: 
	We will be upgrading NameP from RHEL4 to RHEL5.  During the upgrade the services running on NameP (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RBL) will not be available.  All of these services have backups running on other servers (NameO, NameA, etc.) so most should notice no problems or short delays while things fail over to the backup servers.
