First, from last week's HE release dated 11/2/92:
HE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dwayne Roloson, G, UMass-Lowell: allowed 4 goals on 65 shots in weekend
sweep of Air Force. Was named first star in Friday's game and had a
.938 save % on the weekend.
Jean-Francois Aube, RW, Northeastern: tallied 4-2--6 on the weekend vs
Illinois-Chicago, with 1-1--2 on Fri and 3-1--4 on Sat, his first career
 hat trick.
Also nominated: Mike Prendergast, BU; Paul Kariya, Maine; Jim Gibson,
 Merrimack; Chad Quenneville, PC.

HE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jordon Shields, LW, Northeastern: had 2-1--3 in Fri's win including GWG.
Assisted on GWG in Sat's game.
Also nominated: Chris Ferraro, Maine; Jeff Daw, UMass-Lowell; Martin
 Favreau, Merrimack.

In other notes, Lowell senior left wing Dave Stevens appears to be gone
for the season with a broken right fibula suffered against Air Force. He
had surgery Oct 31 to insert two screws and a plate.

Providence's 0-4-1 start is the Friars' worst since 1988-89 when they
lost their first six games. However, that team went on to finish 22-18-2
that year and made it to the NC$$ quarterfinals.
(end HE release stuff)

Maine and Providence wrapped up their season series with Maine posting
a 6-2 win at PC. The other six teams, along with Maine and PC, will be
involved in league play this coming weekend. 3 of the four series will
be home-and-home with Merrimack traveling to Maine for a pair.

Northeastern was trounced by SLU and Clarkson by a combined 21-3 score
after having opened the season with two strong wins over UIC. UMass-Lowell
put on a good performance at the same two ECAC rivals, fighting back but
falling short to SLU, then pulling another comeback that was successful
over Clarkson.

These are the only other boxes I have. Nothing from Saturday, sorry.
