I'm with a group that ordered a block of 10 seats together--we made sure we
got the information at last year's event and got on the Bradley Center's
mailing list last season. We still wound up 2/3 of the way up in the upper
deck.
There are a lot of seats up in 400-land. I'm guessing 900-10000 of the
Center's ~17000 capacity are up there. The view isn't bad, but there are a
lot of steps to get there (entrances are at row C or D, and the seats are
banked pretty steep).

I know there is at least one person looking into organizing this, probably
others. There are a couple of restaurants being considered right now, but no
firm plans yet.
